Get Your Students Hired
I find it extremely important to try and keep the class motivated. Using different techniques with
various students keeps the involved and interested in the material.
I am very interested in the idea of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation and focusing on whether or not students recognize when they are moviated by each of these forces.

Yaa. Sometimes it only requires a reminder that they have alot at stake compared to younger students who still have a whole life full of opportunities before them. It is one way of helping them remember their responsibilities and they stick to it.
