Very well mention four learning method.I find out some of the students are good in Auditory and visual lerning and some of are kinesthetic.
I saw kinesthetic become more successful in O.R and get Job, even though they are not visual and auditory lerner.

Excellent question....Depending on what your subject is has a lot to do with how you will create your environment. If you are teaching technologies, you may want to offer powerpoints and screen shots to help with the older generation. If you are teaching theory classes, you should be able to teach the same across the board.

I do agree with providing students with different avenues to learn. Especially with adult learners you receive excellent feedback from students who are not restricted to just one format to learn from.

WOW...that would be tough. Do you have a variety of materials in your 24 hour class?? Videos, audio?

The challenge I find with utilizing different techniques to suit each student is time. I teach a fast phased program; and time is very, very limited. One course is given 24 hours with all exams and quizzes included.

I agree with Dr. Patel handful of students are visual students. Visual learning helps out a big deal.
