I think that was a point well made in the learning module, and one we don't consider often enough. The big difference is the times in which the different generations acquired learning techniques. Today, we must accept that Gen Yers and millennials were "raised" by technology and can't live without it, based on the module. Rather strange psychologically, but apparently it's reality. What intrigues and concerns me is, as instructors, accommodating their need so fully when there seems to be something dysfunctional about it. I base this opinion on the rationale offered in the module for Gen Yers' "addition" to gadgets. Food for thought.
