I've had to revamp classes several times
Due to catching up with newest technologies. I've had to revamp my Photoshop & Web Design classes many times over. Easier ways to do something in Photoshop. I would teach one way to do it, then a student that come in my class says I know how to do it a simpler way, I ask for his/her knowledge and we all benefit from it! The students feels like they are on top of the world because they taught their teacher something :)
absolutely - the best way to learn is to teach!
Love revamping classes for students, each student learns differently, make it new and fun, let the students help out with demos.
I am constantly taking from classes I have taught in the past and incorporating new ideas in current classes. I am surprised at how different and effective we can be from taking past ideas and building on them in future lessons
