I like this idea, using red and blue dots.

I put the dots on their name badges, it makes it easier for me to see.
Alexandra, they are the smallest see through dots, about 1 cm in diameter.

What size would the dots have to be to fit on the students' watch yet still be visible on the badge without the instructor having to be upclose?
I really like this suggestion, it serves as a reminder to the students who can becone overwhelmed with trying to remember all the details they need to do, and also helps the instructor to keep up with their progress and know who needs a bit more help.
