Jeopardy
I really enjoy playing Jeopardy with medical terminology words,it helps the student to remember the meaning of more words the just doing them out of the book. Thanks for the new games. I will be trying a few.
My students enjoy jeopardy!
A number of years ago when I first started teaching Med Term, I actually built a Jeopardy wall with turnable cards and insertable questions and answers. Lippincott Publishers has a new text, Stedman's Medical Terminology, on the market that has an excellent electronic version of Jeopardy on the instructor's DVD. I used it last quarter for my final exam review and the students raved over it! The students attending the final review also scored very well on the final exam.
Yes Jeopardy is really great. I will try the other ball games. Football and baseball.

My students love jeopardy. If it were up to them, it is the only game they would play. Usually get 100% participation. A good way to remember medical terms.
I also enjoy this w/my class. I have found that it really helps them to remember their medical terms.
