I really like this exercise and am already planning to use it at the end of the current quarter in my Saturday final exam review. I have anywhere from 30 - 50 students attend the review and it will be a large group to divide into two teams, or I can get an assistant and actually have four teams and turn it into a Medical Terminology Baseball Tournament with multiple teams. I could award small trophies to the winning team and runners up. What a great idea!
I too am going to try this game with my students.
When I finished this module I actually used it in my class for the new terminology at the beginning of the chapter. The students told me they learned the terminology faster and they were competitive with this game. Great game.
