Students tend to learn by visualization experiences, crossword puzzels, word games, word searches, pictographs etc. Repetition of these mind exercises incresaes long term memories.

I tend to use hangman for med terminology. It creates team effort and students can learn together.

Audrey, I'm sure the competition is a motivator to your students.

I have developed what I call the golden ticket game. I make a power point with a series of questions and the first person to raise their hand get a try at answering the question if they answer correctly they get a golden ticket. At the end of the game the students count their tickets, when first and second place is determined those two persons get a prize.

Barbara, thank you for sharing your success with us.

I am going to try my hand at making a power point concentration game. It worked well with jeopardy for me!

Natalie, I encourage you to create your own activities as well as using some this course has offered.
