yOu would be surprised at what you can obtain from area dental schools. There are a number of Typodonts that are either broken or outdated. The dentition is still the same. Also, you can go to area oral surgeons offices, provide them with a jar containing bleach solution and ask them to save the teeth that are extracted for your use in a teaching environment. the teeth can be autoclaved if there are not any amalgam restorations and mounted into blocks of stone when teaching dental anatomy. They can be numbered and placed at stations for students to look at and Identify for a tooth walk.

I have several dentists in the family and some equipment and models are surprisingly inexpensive. Visit a few local dentists and ask for old/worn out/out dated things to use for students to have "hands on" or "real life" examples.
