Beat the Clock
It is great when the confidence level in understanding med term heightens and the time no longer makes the students nervous. Confidence emerges within themselves.
That is fantastic Pamela! I do not teach med term, however using these game ideas in my insurance, medical coding, and lab classes is awesome. The students are pleasantly surprised at what they have retained without realizing it until we started playing beat the clock, among other games as well. I feel like a proud parent of my students! Seeing their confidence rise makes it all worth while!
