In the design, development, and implementation of online course content, I have found that the iterations do not stop at an artificial or programmed point in time. Much as in the model of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) or TQM, we have to keep improving and evolving the course design.

This is true! And sometimes, you can't know if something will go wrong with a part of your course until it actually happens.
