I find that using technology is beneficial yet frustrating as it is browser dependent on the person posting, especially if its online and the browsers are not compatible.

That is one item all instructors should know and that is the appropriate browser for the technology. I had a students that kept having problems looking at recordings. When I began exploring the problem, it was with where that person was viewing them (fire wall) and the type of browser. She was very frustrated before she came to me.

I agree that it is frustrating because you are trying to help that person and there is a barrier to what you can help them with. Mozilla can be slow but it is what we are forced to use, so we have to bear with it.

True. We were just told we could not use Internet Explorer with our LMS. One technique I do use I NEVER trash talk the technology or the online delivery. It is frustrating but I have it under control. I want my students to know I am providing them the best of me and that includes the technologyl
