Can this be done and be done well-YES! Many on the ground courses can be transferred to online so more of a broad based student body can be focused on.

I am seeing more of the larger landgrant type institutions converting many of their courses to online. I think of online is a change in environment and instructors have to adapt. Good teaching is good teaching no matter the environment.
