When you have a course that was pre-made and given to you, how do you go about amending the course content if you deem it to be necessary?

True, and just alone can enrich a course in so many ways. Real life helps transference of learning.

I agree we can't change the format or layout. However, I do try to include real life scenarios that coincide with the course content.

I agree. You can provide those extra cues that may help the learning process.

You may not be able to amend the course content but you can introduce supplement information that can generate different perspectives on the information being taught.
That point is important to note for this session Keisha. Much of what it is discussing it totally out of my control. I can influence student engagement but not course content, format, layout or any of thing like that.
