It is a process
Online instruction has been a learning curve for me. I am now at the point where I am enjoying it because of all of the preparation and revision up to this point. When we started I wondered if we would make it but the courses and modules in MaxKnowledge have really shed some light on the process and how to navigate successfully.
Agreed. It seems to take quite a bit of time revising your course before it feels comfortable. I continue to revise based on need, but it is a much smoother process now. I'm also more alert to when something needs revised. I have learned to pick up on queues from the students faster than when I started.
Erica,
We learn so much from each other and it's, in my opinion, fun. Why not have fun while we learn. Thanks for your insights in these forums.
Kelia & Dr. Crews,
I can't agree more...it truely is a process...as learning is.... I am starting out on this whole format of online teaching, and I am gaining quite a lot of pointers and information to use in practice. I really appreciated the detailed explaination of feedback -- on levels I wasn't aware about. Very useful.
kelia,
You are not alone. It was a learning curve for me too when I first started. I'm glad the MK courses have been beneficial. Thanks!
