Yes, the instructional objectives (per class) should lead to the overall course objectives which should lead to the overall program objectives. Thanks!

I agree. In most programs the course objectives match the program objectives. If they are all aligned the program can almost guarantee that the student graduates with the right set of skills for that particular program.

The objectives are the key place to start. When students know what is expected of them, they can do so much more. That feedback will also help them reach those objectives.
