References in Online classes

Is it possible to use outside videos as youtube as a reference in any of my online classes?

I think you if you good videos on utube that are applicable to the course it is great to utilize these resources. I would make sure to obey all copyright and use laws though.

Hani,

You should be using any effective resources that you can. As an instructor you need to find the most effective resources you can for your students. Many textbook vendors are also providing video and other interactive tools to help. YouTube videos are ok, as long as they work for you. There are many good resources and many not so good. I believe you should use as diverse a set of tools as you can to reach the variety of students and learning styles you have in your classes.
