I learned how to perfect an strategy, communicate better and execute it with the team.
The effectiveness of performing SWOT analysis, action plans, performance metrics and incentives are all areas that I can improve.
I learned about the need to keep communication at the team level and higher to make sure that plans are communicated effectively and assessed.
