Good Information
This was a good training for those of use who are currently as official supervisor roles as well as those of use who are supervisor/managing classroom online or in traditional settings.
Much of the information I have learned before but found this training to be a great refresher and highlight for me the applicability of the various techniques and information in an online class environment.
