This is especially helpful in classroom management. Knowing the different personality types can help better manage student behavior.
For me to manage all of the different personality types, I would need to keep a folder on each employee who I supervise. (I suppose that some supervisors might perfer an Excel sheet- but I like to open a folder and write my thoughts down... ) I would develop a form that shows the employee's personality type, incidents that might occur and how I handled them, and the employee's response(s). This would show me the employee's progress as well as my own.
