Leading by example
The best part of the presentation was being able to use this material immediately. I am teaching a Business Management class this term and this training came up just as we were doing business ethics. How better to keep your employees ethical than to lead by example... perfect tie in!
I agree also, I will definitely remember this and use these skills in my class.
I'm getting ready to teach Massage Business Fundamentals next term, the class has a huge business ethics component, so this is a perfect tie-in. I'm looking forward to relaying this info to my students.
