My Goal as a teacher.
My Goal as a teacher is to provide my students with the knowledge they need to realize their vision. We are in business to produce new professional photographers and helping students make the images that exist in their mind become reality is why I teach. Photography is more than a job for me it is a calling and I can set no higher goal than to pass on the things taught to me by my mentors over the course of my career.
I encourage my students to explore their most important short-term and long-term goals,and how to achieve the goals via time management.
I teach Photography also. My goal as a teacher is to provide my students with a path for thinking about approaching their work whether it is Photography, Photoshop, and even Illustrator. Todays lecture was about communication and we sat and talked about what an image communicates. The sender may not be reaching the audience with that message. As a teacher, I can help students to look at their own work objectively. They can then decide what and if it communicated their message.
My goal as a teache is to utilize flexible teaching strategies, rather than strict adherence to a particular teaching style. That way I am able to adjust my instruction to match the abilities and preexisting knowledge that each student brings to the classroom.

One of my main goals as an instructor is to challenge my students to set goals of there own that go beyond the minimum requirements. I try to challenge my students to achieve the goal of truly understanding the subject not just go through the motions for a grade.

My goal as a teacher is to encourage my students to continue their education. A lot of my students have a hard time finishing school due to circumstances at home. I want them to finish their education, I try to encourange them and have them use all the resources they can to accomplish this goal.

My goal is to display my passion for my field and bring this to the students, every day! If I show passion, my students will also!
I agree completely. However, I also want to try to instill in them the desire needed to also be successful. I realize that this can be next to impossible with some students. By trying to understand their expectations, I think as a teacher, you can try to adapt yourself to help to meet their goals as well, hopefully without having to sacrifice your own goals.

My goal as a teacher is to enable all of my students to reach their fullest potential. My students are new to online learning and to technology. I want them to know that I'm there for them if they need help; to know that they're not alone in the educational process. I want them to know that they can be successful regardless of past failures. My goal is to unlock the passion the students had when they visualized photography as a career. So often they get so involved with the "schooling" of photography they forget why they wanted to enter the field in the first place. I find it important for the students to identify their goals upon graduation.
