I have found that I need to set goals for myself as often as weekly. I was letting some things slide and then getting into a rush to meet required deadlines. Some of these then naturaly are discussed with team members to meet the teams goals.

I to had not considered what goes into planning a goal. I know now that when you set goals, you are committing to the outcome that will be accomplished. You have to set targets and make sure you are hitting them in order to make a goal happen. I now have a better understanding of the goal process and on my way to making some success in the future.

There is a lot I had not considered that goes in to planning a goal. I see alot of value in being able to measure it and evaluate it at its completion

I have to admit goal setting has never been a top priority for me. I think I should set a goal to change that.

yes, setting good goals, even for ourselves, is often best done through consulting & conferring with others.

I found the GOALS to be challenging. It is seriously a topic that can be talked about for hours and is something that not everyone will approach equally.
I often defer with people about how to set goals and accomplishing it. Luckily, I end up achieving what I want.
