Do you find change different for men than women?
I work with 90% women I'm a man & it seems that women need more feelings put into change. Our men you ask them to change you need to give them the facts & then they are ok. Women they want to also know the facts but I always need to say to them how do you feel about this before changing anything.
Darryl,
Listening is a key to great communication. 87% of any conversation is listening. We should be a good listener so we know how to respond to the other parties communicating. When it comes to task and accountabilities we have no difference in measuring the final outcomes. They will stand on their own.

I find with good communication, listening to all concerns. Most of the time you are able to have your team understand the reason for change. As long as you have buy-in and continue to keep your staff in the loop I see no difference between male and female employees.
A good example, last year when the group insurance changed no one was happy. This year everyone is excited about a curriculum change.
Would you agree, females employees are normally better listeners.
Spencer,
There are always varied responses to change. The facts are good but we need to anticipate the questions that may be asked. Q&A in written format and scheduling a meeting with verbal responses is a great way to address stress from the participants.
