In the summer I spend time at the pool, enjoying the nature and listening to the birds sing. It's harder from me in the winter, but I try to get out and walk on the nice days outside and conntect with nature.

To face each day and have the best chance of success is to have the balanced life. You have approached this with your physical, spiritual and academic mental attitude. This balance will help you keep a positive attitude with a great perspective. Good job Vilma!

I used to do the same. I take at leas two 10 mins breaks. Also I listen music when I'm working and my task allow me to do it.
I read the Bible as well at home and walk.

People may have different forms of relaxation. it is important to use what fits you best. After your time away a decision with a calm mind is better than a quick gun bad decision.

I agree, Chris...Music and reading are a nice "escape" or diversion. Leaving the workplace and listening to the radio in the car is often relaxing. I know the course indicated not to use the internet but I like getting on Facebook and reading the postings. They often bring a smile to my face. I get a feeling of "personal interaction."
