To me, the main sources of stress are about habits, attitude, and staying away from negativity. Staying healthy and positive is key.

Positive attitudes will always prevail at the end of the day. When you have a skeptical attitude it creates an atmosphere of uncertain next steps.

Staying focused on the good in all situations allows my stress levels to remain low. Being able to talk to co-workers/ friends allow me to think through tough problems/tasks will little to no stress.
