Great Ideas....
This is a great tutorial. It shows differing processes to help those who are more "right-brained" to generate ideas. By doing this, you can think outside the box and possibly find a viable solution.
I learned a valuable lesson years ago of something that I did without even realizing the impact...I listened. It was my first year as chairpeson for our Relay for Life. After the event concluded-and we raised $12,000 more than the year before, the Chairman of the Board of Directors sent me an email that I will never forget. He told me ths that I listened to everyone on the committee...the person before me told others what to do and didn't let them voice their opinions. Results are more positive when everyone has a say in the matter.
Some individuals have great ideas which you would never have ever guessed. You should always let individuals expound on their ideas, you may learn something.
