How would you measure the quality of an online program?

Have you incorporated the onlime programs into your assessment program? Onlinr courses should be assessed against the same standards as on-ground courses.

Since we require externships for online program, we use observation and employer feedback to measure the quality of our program. We normally have the employers on our Advisory Board so we also have buy in on the changes to the program when feedback is received. Of course we also use student feeback and Instructor observations.

It all depends on the institution. This is why it is vital for organizations to provide training for staff...etc!
