Insitution Catalogs and Enrollment agreements

What are the similarities and differences in the Enrollment agreement and Insitution Catalogs? And how do they go hand in hand?

Lisa,
Both constitute the contract with the student.

Josefina,
The catalog and the enrollment agreement constitute the contract. They should mirror each other in many respects.

Catalogs are key essentials for the students’ information. They serve as a handbook. I believe the enrollment agreement and catalog do not differ that much the only big difference could be that the enrollment agreement summarizes the catalog. are key essentials for the students’ information.

The enrollment agreement is the document that all students sign when they decide to enter the school. It covers all the facts, money etc. and obligations that they will be responsible for. The Catalog is a handbook for students to follow. It covers the rules, guidlines and obligations. Both arm the student with important facts about their school and what they should expect when they are attending classes.

Stephanie the enrollment agreement and catalog are the institutions contract with the student.

Stephanie,
The enrollment agreement and the catalog constitute the contract with the student. Rule specifically directs the information that is to be contained in both documents. All information that are contained in both documents must mirror each other.
