Inspiration vs Motivation

Inspiration and motivation go hand in hand..I think you should throw in "Ambition," too!

These are my personal thoughts. Motivation is internal within all of us. I cannot motivate you but I can provide you opportunities to bring that motivation outward. That is what I call inspiration. Inspiration, for me, is the belief that it can be done.

I think both are parallel. Inspiration helps the individual to create a passion for what he/she is going for it. Motivation needs to be developed so the individual can be inspired. Both together will help individuals to have a vision and direction in their lives. That is my opinion.
