Corporate Sponsorship
If an institution requires corporate financial sponsorship before a student attends classes, what is the best way to track this information in a way that is auditable?

Your school should have the process in place and documentation providing proof you are following fair consumer practices and the established process. That is what auditors look for.

An additional question would be: if corporate sponsorship is voluntary and a financial sponsorship letter (not contract) is given to the school on behalf of their employee, how can the school hold the corporation responsible for meeting its obligation during economic downturns and/or changes in management?
