I found the input on creating a resource notebook helpgful. It is a one stop shopping admissions "bible" of sorts. I plan on using this alot to better assist me in this role.

I love the concept of a resource note book and in addition to the catalog and forms used I will also add checklists to ensure that all documents related to the admissions and placement processes are captured for each student.
