integrity
as much as it is the agents, and recruiters job to recruit students- it is just as important for all employers to remain 100% honest as to what their program has to offer and not to mislead any prospective students.
susan,
Very true! Focus on solid enrollments that increase business and success. If we are just boosting enrollment numbers only to have the student drop, we are failing every aspect.

So important for an admission's rep to keep their integrity by being honest, trust worthy and fair!Nothing worse than misleading a prospective student down the wrong path just to make a "number." Have to keep the best interests of that person as our number one prioroty. Enrolling a student that is not a good match for the school only burdens that person with debt and more challenges if they are not able to complete the program.
Nicole,
It's a win-win. This is why we are here.
Patty Aronoff
I completely agree that if the student succeeds we in turn are succeeding!
Steven,
The student's success is our success. No one wins if the student drops.

hadassah,
The State of Florida is a consumer protection state and the laws that govern the schools were developed in that spirit. Misleading students is equivalent to violation of law.

I agree, it has to be a win-win situation for all the parties involed and finding the right fit is critical, so complete transparency is crucial.
