How often can an catalog change and do the current students need to be notified?

The catalog is the guiding document to all policies and procedures used within the school. The catalog along with the enrollment agreement constitutes the contract with the student.

Catalogues are extremely effective with enrollments because they give exactly what is required. It keeps you on all the topics that need to be covered during the enrollment and makes it hard to leave good questions out.

Some schools distribute catalogs once a year to all the students to ensure they receive a copy of the updated catalog. Now that many use email and .pdf versions of the catalog, it is an easy way to distribute needed information.

ALways notify the students of any major changes. Our school catalogs are always changed atleast once a year

Catalogs can be changed at any time. They require CIE approval of any change. Students are to be notified of any change that affects them.
