Regulatory Compliance
Regulatory Compliance is important in any job that we perform throughout our lives. I had never worked as an admission's representative in Education, but always as one in Healthcare. There are strict regulatory compliance guidelines which must be followed regardless of your job title. We must take these guidelines seriously to perform the job satisfactorily.

Compliance does come first! Compliance protects the student as a consumer. Compliance protects the school as the provider. It's a win-win situation.

Compliance is a necessary part of the post secondary/vocational school process. In my specific case, i use regulatory compliance with our school's advertising, ensuring we are using the correct verbiage, including gainful employment regs and posting correct percentages in regard to our student body and placement. In this industry, compliance comes first!
