In simple terms nothing can be misleading. Any information that is in an advertisement must be true to fact and your school is able to back that up with reliable source.

Is there specific information that the CIE is looking for when doing a advertisement or brochure. When making up a brochure for our institution we like to keep it simple, and use the photos to attract them to call or come to the school. Would that be smart way of doing it or are we required to put certain information on the marketing.

Any advertisement on a website must also comply with the rules and regulations of the Commission. Under Standard 11 the commission covers all types of marketing and advertising. It all comes down to one point, you cannot mislead the student.
