Admissions and paperwork
I didn't find anything in regards with the following: what if a prospective student wants to get enrolled in more than one class at a time. Can he? Then what is required: two contracts? How about financial aid?

Yes, they are two separate contracts.

Each should be a separate enrollment.
does the same apply if the student is wanting to enroll in a degree program and take courses as a student at large? It is our partice that a student complete to seperate appilcations; however, is this nessary?
if they are not getting financial aid do they still need two applications

If they are enrolled in two programs, they would need two EA. Classes are different.
