The refund policy in the enrollment agreement and the catalog must match word for word. There cannot be any deviations.

There must be full disclosure. This is a business contract and the student needs to know all the elements of a business contract including the refund policy.

I feel that not many schools don't detail there refund policy clear enough out of fear that the student may want to cancel or drop.

Refund policies must match both the enrollment agreement and the catalog. Then comes into play the importance of definitions of what is tuition, what are fees, what is refundable, what is non-refundable.
