As admission representative we need to know more about the Statutes expecially the Florida Statutes Licensure of Institutions and the Fair Consumer Practice.

Rules & Regulations set the guiseline for the students upfront about their responsibilties. Clear cut Rules & Regs head off failure of the students to complete programs and then look for refunds or program completions after long absences

As school staff, we all have a responsibility to the student experience. Therefore, we must all understand the rules and the regulations in our actions.
