Paperwork
All the Paperwork for our Admissions process is routed to our admissions team as we are Advisors. The Certifications and Transcripts go to our Admissions team. If I print something for a student I store it in file folders at my desk.

Consistency is so important for compliance. I would suggest that a process be developed and everyone follow the same process. When you are audited by the state, they will be looking for consistency in compliance.

All of the paperwork in the schools are the same, the file is just sometimes put together in a diffrent way.It is important that everything that the student needs to sign is all in the file.

The route of admissions paperwork will vary from institution. What is important...that there is verification and auditing for the purpose of compliance.
