An organized representative show the person they are dealing with a professional, therefore they can trust you to help them make a major decision. Organization is also important toh ensure you don't miss important forms tham must be complted.

When helping interested students, If you are not organized and the information isn't presented clearly, you have the potential of discouraging that student from furthering their career.
