I would highly recommend that a copy of all versions of the catalog be kept at the school. This should be a historical record in the event that a question does occur. All catalogs must be approved by the Commission prior to use.

Keeping all catalogs is a good resource because it allows you to go back and review circulum. To see if a student came enrolled during the time the institute was doing things that particular way.

Your school should maintain a history of catalogs. However, make sure to use the most current catalog that has been approved by the Commission.

I agree to have the new forms of catalogs handy; however the olds one I like to filed them so they do not get confused with the new updated it ones.
I agree, I have mine actually with tabs and labels so I can reference back when ever I need to during and interview or when ever I am unsure of tuition or dredits for a program we offer.
