Responsability

It is responsibility to an admissions representative to act properly in some situation if, the school has made a change in the admissions procedures and he or she was not informed??

Rachel,
When I have meetings, I have it in a room with an overhead projector and type the minutes as the meetings progresses. Everyone in the room can see and reviews before the meeting concludes. After all agree, I send it out via email to the meeting attendees.

I understand sometimes when absent in a meeting, it is difficult to know ALL of the information discussed. When that happens just ask for a hard copy of the meeting notes. They are always helpful.

sharon,

Very true! Admissions representatives are charged with providing the most accurate and up-to-date information to a prospective student for their enrollment. Honesty, integrity, and knowledge must be at the highest level.

It is the admissions representative's responsibility to stay current on procedures. It is a requirment of our job. There are resources available for a representative to obtain the information they need. If a representative is not sure of something regarding a procedure they can always ask for assistance from a supervisor.

Ramiro,
It is your responsibility to act honestly and with integrity in any situation.
