Organizing paperwork

I am new to the adminissions the department but i have an idea of how this information should be organized. From others experience what is the best way to do this?

The resource notebook should be built to your specifications. Many people use a three ring binder which gives you the ease of moving things around before you decide what works best for you.

The Resource Book is an easy concept at the surface, but I find it difficult to comprehend. I would assume the book should be one for all where the information to admit a student is standard on all facets. It does not contain anything that reflects the rep, I presume. Rules, Regulations, Catalog, and forms are used by every rep. A uniform Resource Book should be the way to go, right? Help me understand.

You can build the notebook to your own specifications. Start with the basics of rules and law then add your catalog, sample agreement and product information.
