As Admissions representing we are the face of the institution. We represent the school, instructors,employees and everything the school has to offer. We are always to be truthful and accountable for our actions therefore required that we always required to pass the Criminal Justice Information Investigation. Ultimately, integrity is everything and without it we have nothing.

Integrity, honesty, and full disclosure is the way that we would want to be treated as consumers. We need to provide that opportunity to those to come to our school.

I totally agree that as admissions representatives we must be honest and forthright. I want to point out that other departments within our institutions have an obligation to keep us informed as to new programs, curriculum changes, etc. Although, we cannot rely upon others to keep us informed. We must seek out that information on our own (often and routinely).
Totally agree with Johanna, Integrity is key. Must be honest and disclose every single piece of information necessary to our prospect students.
