Admissions requirements
I believe that admissions requirements are in place for reason.Not only to place requirments to retain qulaity students, but they also recruit students that are very likely to be successful in their chosen programs.

Words can change the entire meaning of a sentence. This is why the commission reviews all documentation of the school at each year's renewal of licensure.

I think the legality of verbiage and wording though should be checked to ensure there is little to no liability on the school if requirements are not concrete.

It also provides a fair playing field between institutions in Florida. The student can make a decision at any school with the full knowledge that they are regulated by CIE.
