Financial Aid
In the state of Texas, Admission representatives are not permitted to discuss financial aid. Therefore, I advised the prospective student that financial aid is available to those who may qualify. I direct them to USA website where they can click the financial aid link for options or I will ask if they would like to speak with a financial aid counselor. If so, I will warm transfer them to our financial aid counselor.

I would agree that the statement you provide to prospective students is good. It would be irresponsible to provide inaccurate information.

Financial aid is a very complex process. It is individualistic in nature and requires a full knowledge of financial aid. It is best left to the experts.
