I feel that I am very knowledgeable about our institution. Working closely with the other departments allows me to not only keep up with the constant changes, but also allows me to learn something new every day. When students ask questions it’s nice to be able to give them the correct information, if you do not know the answer it is also comforting to know that the other departments are there to give you the correct information to pass on to the student.

Clarification is key to understanding the material and the contract to which they are engaged in.
Always is important to clarify any doubts or questions to be able to keep everybody in the same page
