Your Schools Marketing Approach
I was curious as to how well each of you know what is going on with regards to marketing for your school? Do you have campus meeting to go over it? We have reports and meet monthly to go over what we are doing and how er go about advertising.
Your post is a great explanation of your marketing approach, which I like. I personally believe that marketing is very important, and the budget should be set up with a large amount of funds spent on marketing to recruit students and education the community about your instition.
CJ,
Many have marketing meetings with admissions, marketing and education staffers. I will be anxious to see how others post.
Steve,
Thank you for posting your operational process.
Our school has a defined advertising budget and we use a variety of media outlets and lead generation companies. We focus on target areas by zip code for most advertising and we openly request feedback from school staff on marketing and advertising ideas that would be effective for our school and community. The campus president meets weekly with admissions leadership, marketing leadership and others involved in program advertising. We also encourage each staff member to reach out for personally developed leads.
