Do you think that it would be best for everyone (staff members) to know everything about the istitution or should everyone knows exactly the details of their respective department in order to promote effectiveness in the services provided to students?

It takes an entire school to create a graduate. Every staff member plays an important role.

We have to know every thing about the institution,how it works,we have to keep in mind we are the face of the school and have to talk with property.
